This website does not ask you for personal information, and there is nothing on it to fill in. What follows is the complete picture of what happens to information when you use it.
The fit check and Lisa stay in your browser
Both run entirely as scripts on the page you are looking at. Your answers are held in your browser’s memory while you answer them. They are not sent to us, to any server, or to anyone else, and they are gone when you close the tab.
If you choose to go from either of them to the booking page, one short summary of your own answers — for example “Fit check: qualified · $2M–$10M annual card volume · 2–5 locations · direct processor” — is placed in your browser’s session storage so the booking page can show it back to you and put it into the booking notes for you. The booking page reads it once, then deletes it. It is never put into a web address, and closing the tab removes it either way.
No cookies, no analytics, no advertising
This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no third-party tracker on any page. Nobody is measuring your visit.
Booking is handled by Cal.com
The calendar on the booking page is provided by Cal.com. Loading it means your browser contacts app.cal.com, which makes your visit to that page visible to Cal.com in the ordinary way any embedded service sees a request.
If you go ahead and book, you give Cal.com the details its booking form asks for — typically your name and email address, plus a phone number if you choose the phone-call option, and whatever you write in the notes. Cal.com processes that under its own privacy policy and terms, and passes the booking to Line Item Advisors so we know who we are meeting and when. Please do not put account numbers or statement details in the notes field.
Server logs
Like almost every website, the web server that delivers these pages keeps standard access logs: the requesting IP address, the time, the page or file requested, and the browser’s user-agent string. They exist to keep the site running and secure. They are rotated and deleted on a rolling basis of roughly two weeks, and they are not used to build a profile of you or combined with anything else.
Your statements are never collected here
There is no upload on this website and no way to send a document through it. Two months of itemized statements are required for a review, but they are arranged separately, after a conversation, and an NDA is available before anything sensitive is discussed. The audit itself is performed by Merchant Advocate; nothing reaches them without your agreement, and you will know what is being sent and when.
Asking about any of this
If you want to ask what we hold, or ask us to delete a booking, the quickest route is to book a conversation or reply to the booking confirmation email Cal.com sends you — that reaches a person directly.
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
